More esthetic alternative to posterior metal occlusal PFMs or cast gold restorations for demanding situations like bruxers, implant restorations and areas with limited occlusal space. Designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology, Full Countour Zirconia is sintered for 6-8 hours at 1,530 degrees Celsius to achieve optimum strength. Finally, crown or bridge is then stained and glazed by your laboratory to achieve the smooth surface. Send us your trimmed master die for single-unit copings (die should be slightly ditched to allow for optimal scanning). Or, include opposing models with bite registration for multiple-unit copings, bridge frameworks or dies that require additional build-up for porcelain support. |

Case Preparation: Send your master dies & opposing model work with pinned, trimmed dies and a bite registration. DO NOT mark margin, use die spacer, die seal or block-out wax.
