Zirconia copings and bridge frameworks have consistent thickness, support and require no further adjustments. The understructures are dentin colored so you can immediately veneer with any ceramic made specifically for zirconia understructures. Your zirconia frameworks are designed used Computer-Aided Design (CAD). Precise tool path control on multiple axes during milling ensures excellent reproduction of the 3D CAD data. Sintered zirconia demonstrates excellent intimacy of fit and beautiful, translucence. |

Case Preperation: Send us your trimmed master die for single-unit copings (die should be slightly ditched to allow for optimal scanning). Or, include opposing models with bite registration for multiple-unit copings, bridge frameworks or dies that require additional build-up for porcelain support. DO NOT mark margin, use die spacer, die seal or block-out wax. When your case arrives, our technicians work off your master die to scan, design and mill your copings using CAD/CAM technology. The final milled copings are ready for ideal porcelain support, acute marginal accuracy, and are shaded and ready for ceramic application.
